In our workshop, we create many things by hand... wonderful roasts like Kassler (smoked pork loin), roast pork with crackling, rump steak, and even smoked pastrami; sweet spreads like jams, fruit curds, caramel cream, and peanut butter; deliciously fragrant pancakes and waffles; hot drinks; juices; and so much, much more.
